Festive Closing & Order Lead Times

Are we operating over X-Mas & New year?
Our offices will be closed from 15 Dec - 3 Jan.
Our online shop will still be active and taking orders during this time, however, the orders will only be fulfilled upon our return on 03 Jan

If order online between 15 Dec & 03 Jan when will my order arrive?  
All online orders placed from 15 Dec onwards will only be processed for shipping upon our return to the office on 3 Jan 2023. You should receive your order 3 - 5 working days after the 3rd of Jan 2023.
